FAMILY CONNECTIONS FEELS THE LOVE! Print E-mail

Family Connections is TGI's anger management and family reunification course created in partnership with BayNVC's Safer Communities Project. The seven-week course teaches Nonviolent Communication (NVC), an empathy based style of communication and conflict resolution, to parolees and their families.  Started in June 2010, TGI and Safer Communities have now offered 5 Family Connections courses to more than 30 parolees and their families. Thanks to BayNVC's for sharing their awesome Empathy Experts with TGI: Meganwind, Sharran, and John!  We couldn't do it with you. The parolees love you and so do we!

If you or your loved one is interested in participating in Family Connections, the next class starts Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 2pm to 4pm.  Call TGI at 510 868 4321 for more information.
